TimeArtSpaceNow try to describe the art, sizes, media and format as best as possible and present the artwork displayed on this website as accurately as possible.
Due to variations in colour of the viewer’s printers and computer monitors we cannot guarantee that the artwork will exactly match those displayed on this website.
6. Buying goods and services from timeartspacenow.com
TimeArtSpaceNow values your business and hope to do further business with you in the future.
It is in our interests to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your dealings with us and hope you purchase from us again.
6a. Buying original art from timeartspacenow.com
We do not charge the artists represented on our website any commission. If an artist’s work sells, the artist will receive 100% of what they asked for when submitting their works to us.
If a Gallery Deposit has been paid upfront to TimeArtSpaceNow by the buyer, the initial payment of the Gallery Deposit is deducted from the full listed price, as it appears on our website. The resulting balance, will be the amount payable directly to the artist, PLUS the cost of packaging, insurance, shipping costs, VAT (if the artist is registered for VAT) before the item is dispatched to the buyer. Once a work is sold it will be marked as sold and the work might be removed from the website.
The Gallery Deposit will apply to all future purchases of the artist’s works from TimeArtSpaceNow.
IMPORTANT! Please check the availability of your chosen originals before proceeding to checkout. Make a note of the original artwork titles and their SKU numbers. Then please EMAIL US with your contact details and we will confirm availability with the artists before you make your purchase.
The Gallery Deposit is only applicable to original artworks and only where indicated in the item’s product description.
On some original artwork listings, where this is not indicated, no Gallery Deposit will be required and the full listed price then applies.
On request, if the buyer is making a purchase via a 3rd party agent, the buyer’s identity will be kept confidential. In this case only TimeArtSpaceNow will have the buyer’s details.
The availability of individual artworks changes hourly, so please check availability with us first.
Email TimeArtSpaceNowto check availability of your chosen items and we will respond as soon as we can.
Once availability has been confirmed by us, you should proceed and pay the Gallery Deposit or pay for the item in full, depending on what is required in the item description.
The artist's contact details will be supplied only once the Gallery Deposit has been paid and funds cleared.
The initial payment of the Gallery Deposit is non-refundable.
(Please email us if you want to find out why the Gallery Deposit is non-refundable. We have a very good reason for this.)
Note: The moment that TimeArtSpaceNow places the buyer in direct contact with the artist, in order to complete the transaction, all responsibilities of TimeArtSpaceNow will cease regarding the balance of payment to the artist, shipping/collection/delivery & insurance agreements and any disputes or concerns that may arise between the artist and the buyer.
TimeArtSpaceNow will not be held responsible / liable, or act as a mediator / intermediary between the artist and the buyer regarding any disputes that may arise between the buyer and the artist during or after the transaction.
In some instances, packaging, shipping and insurance costs might be included in the the full listed price.
Should the buyer purchase further artworks directly from the artist in the future, the artist and the buyer agree to inform us of the purchase and to pay, within 14 days of the sale, directly to TimeArtSpaceNow the ‘Gallery Deposit’. The fee amount will be calculated according to the artists asking price excluding shipping, insurance and tax costs.
The artist agrees to comply with TimeArtSpaceNow 14 day return policy if the buyer is not be entirely satisfied with the goods and then refund the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in good order.
However, should the artist not supply to the buyer the goods as described or fails to deliver / ship the purchased items in good condition, and within a reasonable time-frame, or not try to resolve the dispute with a positive result, the artist will be removed immediately from TimeArtSpaceNow.
ARTISTS:
ARTISTS ARE NOT CHARGED ANY COMMISSION ON SALES BY TimeArtSpaceNow.
N.B. – ARTISTS TO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEIR LISTED ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE, AND READY TO BE SHIPPED, WHILE THEY ARE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE.
The buyer may be making the purchase via a 3rd party agent and may have requested that their identity remain private. The buyer’s identity must be kept confidential at all times please.
EMAIL TimeArtSpaceNow TO ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY IF THE LISTED ITEMS BECOME UNAVAILABLE.
We will then remove the listing of that item from our website.
SHOULD THE ARTIST NOT REPLY TO AN AVAILABILITY REQUEST, THE POTENTIAL BUYER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND THE LISTING WILL BE REMOVED.
The full listed price for the artwork, as shown on our website, will be more than what the artist has asked for at the time of submitting their work for listing on our website.
This higher price covers our Gallery Deposit. The Gallery Deposit is our handling / finders fee.
The artist will receive 100% of the amount that they asked for at the time of submitting the work for listing, directly from the buyer.
Your details will not be revealed to the buyer until the buyer has paid the required Gallery Deposit and only once the funds have cleared.
You will then be contacted by the buyer to discuss the payment to you and shipping details, PLUS the cost of packaging, insurance, shipping costs, VAT (if the artist is registered for VAT) before the item is dispatched to the buyer.
Any required import tax / duties, will be for the buyer’s account.
Note: The moment that TimeArtSpaceNow places the buyer in direct contact with the artist, in order to complete the transaction, all responsibilities of TimeArtSpaceNow will cease regarding the balance of payment to the artist, shipping/collection/delivery & insurance agreements and any disputes or concerns that may arise between the artist and the buyer.
TimeArtSpaceNow will not be held responsible / liable, or act as a mediator / intermediary between the artist and the buyer regarding any disputes that may arise between the buyer and the artist during or after the transaction.
6b. Buying posters, greeting cards and other physical goods from timeartspacenow.com
The full price of these goods are clearly shown associated with each item for sale.
The cost of packaging, shipping and insurance costs are, in most instances, included in the price shown. Any relevant import taxes and duties payable will be for the buyers account.
6c. Buying digital downloads and creative services from timeartspacenow.com
The full price, or rates, of these are clearly shown associated with each item for sale.
TimeArtSpaceNow do not accept returns for any digital downloads
7a. Submission of work by artists
We are a premium, contemporary art portal for some of the best artwork around. We would love to have you on-board.

We accept submissions from artists who concentra%te on contemporary painting, drawing, ceramics, photography, creative furniture, kinetic art, mobile art and contemporary sculpture.
TimeArtSpaceNow do not charge our artists any commission on sales.
There is no fee for submission! Anyone who is 16 years, or older, may submit works to us for listing on our website.
Should the artist be successful in having their works listed on our website, the artist must ensure that the works are packed and ready to be shipped at a moments notice and the artist must notify us immediately if any of their artworks listed on TimeArtSpaceNow are either on exhibition or no longer available.
PLEASE NOTE: Although individual artist's names and web links to their own, or affiliated, websites do not appear on our website, each artist on TimeArtSpaceNow will be allocated an individual page and artist page reference number showing and listing all their works for sale on TimeArtSpaceNow.
You will be supplied the URL for your artist’s page on TimeArtSpaceNow.
Featured artworks or featured artist on our site will show a direct link to your specific page.
When submitting Artworks for submission or for listing on our website, please remove your name from the title of the artwork and please remove your name and any reference or links to websites from the artwork description. Reference to artist’s names, external links and Hyperlinks are not allowed on our website.
However, we will obviously need all your details when submitting your works to us for our reference and for communication purposes.
Individual artworks will be listed by title and description only and will be allocated a unique Item Number.
This way we give all artists represented on TimeArtSpaceNowa fair and unbiased chance to show and sell their artworks.
PERCENTAGE OF THE SALE THE ARTIST RECEIVES:
The artist will receive 100% of the amount that they asked for at the time of submitting the work for listing, directly from the buyer, PLUS the cost of packaging, insurance, shipping costs, VAT (if the artist is registered for VAT) and any relevant import tax duties, before the item is dispatched to the buyer.
HOW TO PRICE YOUR ARTWORK:
ARTIST’S ORIGINAL ARTWORK PRICE RANGE.
These price ranges are applicable to ORIGINAL artworks only.
When calculating the price you would like for your submitted artwork please use the following price range:
PRICES, AND THEIR PRICE INCREMENTS, ARE IN UK POUNDS STERLING.
The full listed price for the artwork, as shown on our website, will be more than what the artist has asked for at the time of submitting their work for listing on our website.
This higher price covers our Gallery Deposit. The Gallery Deposit is our handling / finders fee.
The minimum artist’s price for a single original artwork is £50.
There is no maximum price.
Please price your artwork carefully and do not overprice your work so that you have a good chance of selling.
Please ensure that your price increments, within the artist’s price ranges, are as shown below.
Artist’s price range: £50 up to £290
(In increments of £30)
Artist’s price range: £300 up to £780
(In increments of £40)
Artist’s price range: £800 up to £2700
(In increments of £100)
Artist’s price range: £3100 up to £5000
(In increments of £200)
Artist’s price range: £5200 up to £10400
(In increments of £400)
Artist’s price range: £10500 and above
(In increments of £500)
AMOUNT OF THE SALE THAT TimeArtSpaceNow RECEIVES:
At the time of checkout, the buyer will pay to TimeArtSpaceNow a, non-refundable, Gallery Deposit. This fee is already included in the listed price on the website.
No commission is charged to the artist by TimeArtSpaceNow
7b. AVAILABILITY OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND PAYMENT PROCESS:
Because the availability of original artworks change minute-by-minute, the artist will be contacted as soon as the buyer has requested availability of the artwork, via TimeArtSpaceNow, by email requesting availability of the original artworks. The buyer will then be notified by email, as soon as we can, to confirm that the works are indeed available for purchase.
The buyer to please write 'ORIGINAL ART AVAILABILITY CHECK' in the subject line of the email and include, in the body of the email, the title of all the artworks you are interested in purchasing and the Product Item Code (SKU) for these originals (You will find this Product Item Code (SKU) in the product description). Please include your name and contact details.
Once confirmed, the buyer will then make payment of the required, non-refundable, ’Gallery Deposit‘ to TimeArtSpaceNow directly on the website.
The artist’s contact details will only be given to the buyer after the ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ has been paid to TimeArtSpaceNow. The Buyer will then complete the second part of the transaction (balance to pay) with the artist directly. The artist and buyer to discuss and finalise the payment of the balance to pay plus the cost of any shipping, insurance, VAT charges and import taxes / duties prior to artist shipping the goods to the buyer.
7c. THE ARTIST'S RESPONSIBILITY WHEN ARTWORKS BECOME UNAVAILABLE AFTER THE ARTIST HAS CONFIRMED THAT THE WORK IS AVAILABLE, AND ONCE OUR GALLERY DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID BY THE BUYER:
The artist will, in this instance, be responsible for, immediately, refunding this lost ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ directly to the buyer. As a result, the buyer may be unwilling to use our services, or buy from the artist, in the future.
If the artist does not refund the buyer, in good time, the artist will be immediately removed from our website and will be blocked from ever submitting work to us again
So, please make sure that any work submitted for listing is available for sale. Please inform us as soon as you can should any of your listed artworks become unavailable. We will then remove the artwork from our website.
7d. THE ARTIST'S RESPONSIBILITY WHEN ARTWORKS BECOME UNAVAILABLE AFTER THE BUYER MAKES PAYMENT TO THE ARTIST or GOODS NOT DELIVERED:
This is a crime and will be reported to the authorities as theft / fraud. Obviously, the artist will be immediately removed from our website and will be blocked from ever submitting work to us again. The artist will be responsible for immediately refunding the buyer for any monies paid to the artist for the sale.
8. 14 day return policy
We do offer a 14 day return policy should the buyer wish to return purchased items if they are not satisfied that the items purchased have not met the exact description as posted on our website. Or if the goods were damaged in transit.
We must receive an email from you within 24 hours of you receiving the goods, specifying that you wish to return the items and the reason why – including any support documentation and /or photographs of ant damage that occurred during shipping. The condition is that the item /items must be returned to TimeArtSpaceNow, or the artist, within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be carefully wrapped and packed in strong and appropriate packaging. Return packaging, postage and insurance, for the full value of the item, will for the buyers account. Please include all the original certificates and documentation for the item.
A full refund will be made 14 days after we, or the artist, receives the goods in good order and without any additional damage.
The refund will not be made should the item incur additional damage in transit to us and if any of the original certificates or documents are missing.
Note: We do not offer a return policy on digital downloads.
9. Prices
Prices are associated with each item or service for sale. Discounted prices are valid only for the duration of the promotion / discount.
All our prices are as stated and are non-negotiable as they are already discounted.
TimeArtSpaceNow reserves the right to increase or alter any price at anytime but will guarantee that promotional discounted prices will hold for the duration of that promotion. The Promotion / Sale dates are clearly stated.
The Buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes which may be applicable in the territory to which the items are sent.
No VAT is charged by TimeArtSpaceNow at this time. However, some artists might charge VAT if they are registered for VAT.
Prices for original artworks will either require a ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ as an initial payment or will state if there is no ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ required. These prices are shown as the main price for each item. Where a ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ is required the balance to pay the artists directly is indicated.
10. Methods of Payment
For online purchases we partner with the trusted, and secure, WooCommerce ‘E-commerce’ company.
We currently offer Credit Card and PayPal payment methods.
You may securely purchase goods, downloads and services by using your PayPal account.
You can also make the payment directly to our bank account, if it is not a payment to a 3rd party artist.
We do not accept cash or cheques.
Goods, services and digital downloads will only be released once payment has been received in full and funds cleared.
11. Privacy Policy
We take the privacy of our viewers, members, contributors, subscribers, staff and our artist’s very seriously.
This means that we do not hold your personal data on our website. All dealings with our members, subscribers, staff, suppliers and our artists are conducted on a one-on-one basis via secure channels. We will protect your privacy to the very best of our ability.

In order to keep our prices as competitive as possible, all correspondence, for the time being, will be by way of email. TimeArtSpaceNow do not offer a telephone service at this time.

If a Gallery Deposit has been paid upfront to TimeArtSpaceNow by the buyer, the initial payment of the Gallery Deposit is deducted from the full listed price, as it appears on our website. The resulting balance, will be the amount payable directly to the artist, PLUS the cost of packaging, insurance, shipping costs, VAT (if the artist is registered for VAT) before the item is dispatched to the buyer. Once a work is sold it will be marked as sold and the work might be removed from the website.
The Gallery Deposit will apply to all future purchases of the artist’s works from TimeArtSpaceNow.
IMPORTANT! Please check the availability of your chosen originals before proceeding to checkout. Make a note of the original artwork titles and their SKU numbers. Then please EMAIL US with your contact details and we will confirm availability with the artists before you make your purchase.
The Gallery Deposit is only applicable to original artworks and only where indicated in the item’s product description.
On some original artwork listings, where this is not indicated, no Gallery Deposit will be required and the full listed price then applies.
On request, if the buyer is making a purchase via a 3rd party agent, the buyer’s identity will be kept confidential. In this case only TimeArtSpaceNow will have the buyer’s details.
The availability of individual artworks changes hourly, so please check availability with us first.

Once availability has been confirmed by us, you should proceed and pay the Gallery Deposit or pay for the item in full, depending on what is required in the item description.
The artist's contact details will be supplied only once the Gallery Deposit has been paid and funds cleared.
The initial payment of the Gallery Deposit is non-refundable.

Note: The moment that TimeArtSpaceNow places the buyer in direct contact with the artist, in order to complete the transaction, all responsibilities of TimeArtSpaceNow will cease regarding the balance of payment to the artist, shipping/collection/delivery & insurance agreements and any disputes or concerns that may arise between the artist and the buyer.
TimeArtSpaceNow will not be held responsible / liable, or act as a mediator / intermediary between the artist and the buyer regarding any disputes that may arise between the buyer and the artist during or after the transaction.
In some instances, packaging, shipping and insurance costs might be included in the the full listed price.
Should the buyer purchase further artworks directly from the artist in the future, the artist and the buyer agree to inform us of the purchase and to pay, within 14 days of the sale, directly to TimeArtSpaceNow the ‘Gallery Deposit’. The fee amount will be calculated according to the artists asking price excluding shipping, insurance and tax costs.
The artist agrees to comply with TimeArtSpaceNow 14 day return policy if the buyer is not be entirely satisfied with the goods and then refund the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in good order.
However, should the artist not supply to the buyer the goods as described or fails to deliver / ship the purchased items in good condition, and within a reasonable time-frame, or not try to resolve the dispute with a positive result, the artist will be removed immediately from TimeArtSpaceNow.

ARTISTS ARE NOT CHARGED ANY COMMISSION ON SALES BY TimeArtSpaceNow.

The buyer may be making the purchase via a 3rd party agent and may have requested that their identity remain private. The buyer’s identity must be kept confidential at all times please.
EMAIL TimeArtSpaceNow TO ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY IF THE LISTED ITEMS BECOME UNAVAILABLE.
We will then remove the listing of that item from our website.
SHOULD THE ARTIST NOT REPLY TO AN AVAILABILITY REQUEST, THE POTENTIAL BUYER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND THE LISTING WILL BE REMOVED.

Any required import tax / duties, will be for the buyer’s account.

7a. Submission of work by artists
We are a premium, contemporary art portal for some of the best artwork around. We would love to have you on-board.

We accept submissions from artists who concentra%te on contemporary painting, drawing, ceramics, photography, creative furniture, kinetic art, mobile art and contemporary sculpture.
TimeArtSpaceNow do not charge our artists any commission on sales.
There is no fee for submission! Anyone who is 16 years, or older, may submit works to us for listing on our website.
Should the artist be successful in having their works listed on our website, the artist must ensure that the works are packed and ready to be shipped at a moments notice and the artist must notify us immediately if any of their artworks listed on TimeArtSpaceNow are either on exhibition or no longer available.
PLEASE NOTE: Although individual artist's names and web links to their own, or affiliated, websites do not appear on our website, each artist on TimeArtSpaceNow will be allocated an individual page and artist page reference number showing and listing all their works for sale on TimeArtSpaceNow.
You will be supplied the URL for your artist’s page on TimeArtSpaceNow.
Featured artworks or featured artist on our site will show a direct link to your specific page.
When submitting Artworks for submission or for listing on our website, please remove your name from the title of the artwork and please remove your name and any reference or links to websites from the artwork description. Reference to artist’s names, external links and Hyperlinks are not allowed on our website.
However, we will obviously need all your details when submitting your works to us for our reference and for communication purposes.
Individual artworks will be listed by title and description only and will be allocated a unique Item Number.
This way we give all artists represented on TimeArtSpaceNowa fair and unbiased chance to show and sell their artworks.
PERCENTAGE OF THE SALE THE ARTIST RECEIVES:
The artist will receive 100% of the amount that they asked for at the time of submitting the work for listing, directly from the buyer, PLUS the cost of packaging, insurance, shipping costs, VAT (if the artist is registered for VAT) and any relevant import tax duties, before the item is dispatched to the buyer.
HOW TO PRICE YOUR ARTWORK:
ARTIST’S ORIGINAL ARTWORK PRICE RANGE.
These price ranges are applicable to ORIGINAL artworks only.
When calculating the price you would like for your submitted artwork please use the following price range:

The full listed price for the artwork, as shown on our website, will be more than what the artist has asked for at the time of submitting their work for listing on our website.

The minimum artist’s price for a single original artwork is £50.
There is no maximum price.
Please price your artwork carefully and do not overprice your work so that you have a good chance of selling.

AMOUNT OF THE SALE THAT TimeArtSpaceNow RECEIVES:
At the time of checkout, the buyer will pay to TimeArtSpaceNow a, non-refundable, Gallery Deposit. This fee is already included in the listed price on the website.
No commission is charged to the artist by TimeArtSpaceNow
7b. AVAILABILITY OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND PAYMENT PROCESS:
Because the availability of original artworks change minute-by-minute, the artist will be contacted as soon as the buyer has requested availability of the artwork, via TimeArtSpaceNow, by email requesting availability of the original artworks. The buyer will then be notified by email, as soon as we can, to confirm that the works are indeed available for purchase.
The buyer to please write 'ORIGINAL ART AVAILABILITY CHECK' in the subject line of the email and include, in the body of the email, the title of all the artworks you are interested in purchasing and the Product Item Code (SKU) for these originals (You will find this Product Item Code (SKU) in the product description). Please include your name and contact details.
Once confirmed, the buyer will then make payment of the required, non-refundable, ’Gallery Deposit‘ to TimeArtSpaceNow directly on the website.
The artist’s contact details will only be given to the buyer after the ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ has been paid to TimeArtSpaceNow. The Buyer will then complete the second part of the transaction (balance to pay) with the artist directly. The artist and buyer to discuss and finalise the payment of the balance to pay plus the cost of any shipping, insurance, VAT charges and import taxes / duties prior to artist shipping the goods to the buyer.
7c. THE ARTIST'S RESPONSIBILITY WHEN ARTWORKS BECOME UNAVAILABLE AFTER THE ARTIST HAS CONFIRMED THAT THE WORK IS AVAILABLE, AND ONCE OUR GALLERY DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID BY THE BUYER:
The artist will, in this instance, be responsible for, immediately, refunding this lost ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ directly to the buyer. As a result, the buyer may be unwilling to use our services, or buy from the artist, in the future.
If the artist does not refund the buyer, in good time, the artist will be immediately removed from our website and will be blocked from ever submitting work to us again
So, please make sure that any work submitted for listing is available for sale. Please inform us as soon as you can should any of your listed artworks become unavailable. We will then remove the artwork from our website.
7d. THE ARTIST'S RESPONSIBILITY WHEN ARTWORKS BECOME UNAVAILABLE AFTER THE BUYER MAKES PAYMENT TO THE ARTIST or GOODS NOT DELIVERED:
This is a crime and will be reported to the authorities as theft / fraud. Obviously, the artist will be immediately removed from our website and will be blocked from ever submitting work to us again. The artist will be responsible for immediately refunding the buyer for any monies paid to the artist for the sale.
8. 14 day return policy
We do offer a 14 day return policy should the buyer wish to return purchased items if they are not satisfied that the items purchased have not met the exact description as posted on our website. Or if the goods were damaged in transit.
We must receive an email from you within 24 hours of you receiving the goods, specifying that you wish to return the items and the reason why – including any support documentation and /or photographs of ant damage that occurred during shipping. The condition is that the item /items must be returned to TimeArtSpaceNow, or the artist, within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be carefully wrapped and packed in strong and appropriate packaging. Return packaging, postage and insurance, for the full value of the item, will for the buyers account. Please include all the original certificates and documentation for the item.
A full refund will be made 14 days after we, or the artist, receives the goods in good order and without any additional damage.
The refund will not be made should the item incur additional damage in transit to us and if any of the original certificates or documents are missing.
Note: We do not offer a return policy on digital downloads.
9. Prices
Prices are associated with each item or service for sale. Discounted prices are valid only for the duration of the promotion / discount.
All our prices are as stated and are non-negotiable as they are already discounted.
TimeArtSpaceNow reserves the right to increase or alter any price at anytime but will guarantee that promotional discounted prices will hold for the duration of that promotion. The Promotion / Sale dates are clearly stated.
The Buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes which may be applicable in the territory to which the items are sent.
No VAT is charged by TimeArtSpaceNow at this time. However, some artists might charge VAT if they are registered for VAT.
Prices for original artworks will either require a ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ as an initial payment or will state if there is no ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ required. These prices are shown as the main price for each item. Where a ’Gallery Deposit‘‘ is required the balance to pay the artists directly is indicated.
10. Methods of Payment
For online purchases we partner with the trusted, and secure, WooCommerce ‘E-commerce’ company.
We currently offer Credit Card and PayPal payment methods.
You may securely purchase goods, downloads and services by using your PayPal account.
You can also make the payment directly to our bank account, if it is not a payment to a 3rd party artist.
We do not accept cash or cheques.
Goods, services and digital downloads will only be released once payment has been received in full and funds cleared.
11. Privacy Policy
We take the privacy of our viewers, members, contributors, subscribers, staff and our artist’s very seriously.
This means that we do not hold your personal data on our website. All dealings with our members, subscribers, staff, suppliers and our artists are conducted on a one-on-one basis via secure channels. We will protect your privacy to the very best of our ability.

In order to keep our prices as competitive as possible, all correspondence, for the time being, will be by way of email. TimeArtSpaceNow do not offer a telephone service at this time.
